Program Description
By opting in through our website, you agree to receive recurring text messages from the Committee to Elect Matt Kennedy, including campaign updates, volunteer opportunities, event reminders, and get-out-the-vote information.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. The Committee to Elect Matt Kennedy does not charge for text messages sent through this program.
How to Opt In
You may opt in by:
- Submitting your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our website sign-up form, or
- Texting a designated keyword to our campaign number, if applicable.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel text messages at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming your opt-out, and you will no longer receive texts from this program. If you experience issues, reply HELP or contact us directly at matthew@kennedyfornt.com.

Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participating carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major U.S. wireless carriers.

As stated there, your text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except with vendors and service providers who assist us in operating this program, or as required by law.
